Mobile Security Guards Wanted for Exciting Assignment in Southern Stockholm

We are now looking for mobile security guards for a fun assignment in southern Stockholm. We are seeking both full-time and on-demand candidates.

About the Role

In this assignment, you will work where your presence is most beneficial. You will move between different locations, support various operations, and actively contribute to creating safe environments. Your visible presence makes a difference in areas where safety is particularly important.

You are expected to build good relationships with the public, customers, and partners and play a crucial role in creating a positive and safe atmosphere. The role also includes documenting incidents and working in accordance with applicable laws, routines, and internal guidelines.

We are looking for someone who is confident in the role of security guard and enjoys variety in their daily work. You appreciate freedom with responsibility and thrive in an environment where everyone helps each other.

Basic Requirements:

• Trained security guard with a valid license
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good health and physical condition
• Driver's license (B)
• Law-abiding
• Organized finances

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience as a security guard, preferably from similar assignments
• Security guard training and/or protection guard training
• Completed military service
• Other relevant education in security/safety
• Other language skills besides Swedish

Work Location:

Haninge Municipality

Working Hours:

Day/evening, weekdays and weekends.

Duration:

Full-time employment or as needed. We apply a probationary period of 6 months.

Start Date:

Immediately or by agreement.
